SMS terms
Last updated September 18, 2026. These terms cover the text messages VYRE sends to wholesale accounts.
What the messages are
VYRE, operated by VYBE Energy Drinks LLC, runs one text program, VYRE Wholesale Account Texts, for businesses that stock or serve VYRE. Messages are about your account: deliveries, order confirmations, invoices, and the occasional check-in asking whether you need a restock. We do not run consumer marketing texts, and this site collects no phone numbers.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving a VYRE representative your mobile number in person, in writing, or on a wholesale account form, and agreeing to receive these messages. The wording you agree to is: “By giving VYRE your mobile number you agree to receive account texts (deliveries, orders, invoices, reorder check-ins) from VYBE Energy Drinks LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.” We record who agreed, when, and how. Agreeing is never a condition of buying from us. We never add a number we were not given directly for this purpose, and we never buy or scrape numbers.
How often
Message frequency varies with how often you order: typically a few messages a month, never more than 8. We cap check-ins at one per account every two weeks.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. VYRE does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or any clear request to stop) to any message and they end immediately and permanently. You will get one confirmation that they have stopped, and nothing after that. You can also email olivercowin@vyreenergy.com and we will remove you.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network.
