Who we are

VYRE is a beverage brand operated by VYBE Energy Drinks LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This site, our online store, and our text message program are run by that company. You can reach us any time at olivercowin@vyreenergy.com.

What we collect

Four things you give us, and one thing your browser gives us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, and whatever you write. It reaches us by email so we can reply.
• Ambassador applications. Your name, email address, school or campus, and, if you add it, an Instagram or TikTok handle. We use it to decide whether to reach out about the ambassador program and to contact you if we do. You must be 18 or older to apply.
• Online orders. Handled by Shopify, which collects the name, address, email, phone number if you give one, and payment details needed to ship your order and take payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Wholesale accounts. If your bar, store, or organization buys from us, we keep your business contact details, what you ordered, and what you owe, so we can deliver and invoice.
• Site usage. Through Google Analytics: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (city level, worked out from your IP address and then discarded), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google gives your browser a random ID so repeat visits can be counted, and holds the visit-by-visit data on our behalf; what we look at is the summed-up reports. None of it includes your name, email, or anything you type into a form, and we have switched off Google’s advertising features (Google Signals and ad personalization) in the tag itself. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting, and we do not sell profiles of anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. None of them are for advertising.

• Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies (they last up to two years) to tell repeat visits from new ones. Google processes this data on our behalf under its partner sites terms. We keep analytics reports for no longer than 14 months.
• Shopify loads on the Shop page, so Shopify receives your IP address and any saved cart ID as soon as that page opens. It keeps your cart in your browser's local storage and sets its own cookies once you enter its checkout. Those are covered by Shopify's privacy policy.
• Your choices. Two local storage entries, vyre-cookie-notice and vyre-analytics, remember that you have seen our cookie notice and whether you opted out. They never leave your browser.

We do not let anyone collect information about your activity across other websites through this site.

Opting out. Analytics is on unless you turn it off. Opting out also deletes the Google Analytics cookies this site set. Use the button below, or reply “Opt out” on the notice the first time you visit. We also honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals: if your browser sends either, analytics never loads. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

Text messages

If you run an account that buys from VYRE, you may choose to give us a mobile number so we can text you about deliveries, restocks, and invoices. That is a business tool, not marketing, and it is always optional. This site does not collect phone numbers from anyone else.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties, and are never sold, rented, or used for marketing by anyone else. Your number goes to our messaging carrier for the sole purpose of delivering the message you asked for, and nowhere else.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them permanently. Reply HELP for help. Full details are on our SMS terms page.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site and the business run, and only the part each one needs:

• Shopify processes online orders and payments.
• Netlify hosts this site and delivers contact form and ambassador submissions to us. Like any web host, its server logs record your IP address. Netlify runs each submission, including your IP address, through Akismet, a spam filter run by Automattic, before it reaches us.
• Google provides the analytics described above, and serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser sends Google your IP address when a page loads.
• OpenStreetMap and unpkg supply the map on the Shop page. Your browser sends them your IP address when that map loads.
• Twilio delivers text messages to wholesale accounts who have opted in.
• Cloudflare hosts the internal system where we track accounts and orders.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, and Google Maps take you to those services; nothing is sent to them until you click.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade it. We hand it to no one for their own marketing. We will disclose it if the law requires us to, or to protect the safety of a person or the rights of the business.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted when it is not. Ambassador applications are kept for up to a year so we can come back to them when a campus opens up, then deleted. Analytics reports are kept for no longer than 14 months. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record that you opted out, because that is the only way to make sure we never message you again.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor both. If your browser sends a Do Not Track header or a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not load for you and no analytics cookie is set. The Shop page still talks to Shopify, because it cannot sell you a drink otherwise, but that is a cart, not tracking.

Your choices and rights

Email olivercowin@vyreenergy.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, usually within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in California, Florida, or another state with a consumer privacy law, we honor the rights those laws give: to know what we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do this whether or not a given law technically reaches a business our size. For the record, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. This site is not aimed at people outside the United States, but if you visit from the EU, UK, or elsewhere and have rights under your local law, we will honor them the same way.

Children

VYRE contains caffeine, and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order and payment data stays inside Shopify. The few people at VYRE who can see contact and account details are the ones who need them to reply or deliver. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you within 30 days, as Florida law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting text messages will be sent to anyone opted in before they take effect.
