Privacy policy
Last updated September 2, 2026. This covers what VYRE collects, why, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are
VYRE is a beverage brand operated by VYBE Energy Drinks LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This site and our text message program are run by that company. You can reach us any time at hello@vyreenergy.com.
What we collect
Three things, and only when you give them to us:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and whatever you write. It reaches us by email so we can reply.
- Online orders. Handled by Shopify, which collects the name, address, and payment details needed to ship your order and take payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Wholesale accounts. If your bar, store, or organization buys from us, we keep your business contact details, what you ordered, and what you owe, so we can deliver and invoice.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell profiles of anyone.
Text messages
If you run an account that buys from VYRE, you may choose to give us a mobile number so we can text you about deliveries, restocks, and invoices. That is a business tool, not marketing, and it is always optional.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties, and are never sold, rented, or used for marketing by anyone else. Your number goes to our messaging carrier for the sole purpose of delivering the message you asked for, and nowhere else.
Reply STOP to any message to stop them permanently. Reply HELP for help. Full details are on our SMS terms page.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the business run, and only the part each one needs:
- Shopify processes online orders and payments.
- Netlify hosts this site and delivers contact form submissions to us.
- Twilio delivers text messages to accounts who have opted in.
- Cloudflare hosts the internal system where we track accounts and orders.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it. We hand it to no one for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted when it is not. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record that you opted out, because that is the only way to make sure we never message you again.
Your choices
Email hello@vyreenergy.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights, such as California or the EU, those rights apply and we will honor them.
Children
VYRE contains caffeine and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting text messages will be sent to anyone opted in before they take effect.
